Established in 2007


Welcome to Gardenvale Spinal & Sports Injuries Clinic, where Dr Cori Hawtin provides expert chiropractic treatment.


Dr Hawtin is a highly qualified Doctor of Chiropractic with a keen interest in sports rehabilitation and nutrition. Her extensive education began in Canada, where she underwent eight years of rigorous training, including an internship at Wellesley Hospital in Toronto. Following her education, Dr Hawtin has accumulated 25 years of clinical practice experience in both the UK and Australia.


Dr Hawtin is deeply committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to each of her patients. She believes in taking the time to understand their concerns thoroughly, ensuring that every patient receives personalised attention during their appointments. Sessions with Dr Hawtin are conducted one-on-one and are tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of each individual.


Drawing from her diverse educational background, which includes training in Canada, Dr Hawtin employs a variety of treatment techniques and skills. She continues to expand her knowledge and expertise, recently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Animal Osteopathy in the UK.


In addition to her clinical work, Dr Hawtin is also an accomplished educator. She serves as a Clinical Educator at RMIT Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, where she shares her knowledge and expertise with aspiring healthcare professionals.


Currently, Dr Hawtin is involved in coordinating the development of a First Nation’s Allied Health Clinic at The Wellington Collingwood, further demonstrating her commitment to improving access to healthcare in underserved communities.
